    Delivery and Returns Policy

    Delivery Options:

    • Next Working Day Delivery (Order Before 3pm – Mon-Thurs) Excludes Highlands and Islands – £7.99
    • Saturday Delivery (Order Friday Before 3pm) Excludes Highlands and Islands – £10.00
    • International Delivery: £20
    • Other delivery options are available.

    Returns:

    If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. However, sale items are non-refundable. For a return to be accepted, all items must:

    • Be unwashed.
    • Have all labels attached.
    • Be unused/not worn.
    • Have no makeup, fake tan, or other marks.

    All returned items undergo garment inspections. It's crucial that they are returned in good condition with all tags still attached. Items not meeting these standards won't qualify for a refund. Re-delivery of refused returns will be at the customer’s expense.

    Specifics:

    Should you receive a damaged/faulty item and seek a refund, please specify the fault on your returns note enclosed within the parcel. We will assess the returned product and promptly inform you via email about any entitled refund.

    We retain the right not to refund items returned outside our Returns Policy terms. Such items may be sent back to you at your expense. Applicable charges will be communicated. Please refer to the T&C’s for comprehensive details.

    Certain products, like Jewelry, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, which may not always be indicated in the product description.

    Return Process:

    All returns must be directed to our Coatbridge Warehouse, either through hand delivery or postal service. We recommend using a recorded/tracked delivery service for the safe return of your parcel, as we can only issue a refund upon receipt of your item.

    Our Coatbridge warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.

    Please note that the original delivery cost is non-refundable, except in cases where the item was initially delivered damaged or incorrectly by us. If a courier returns your order, the cost of delivery back to us will be deducted from your refund.

    For exchanges, kindly return your items for a refund and place a new order for the desired items.

    Sale Items:

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY. In the case of a faulty sale item, you may return it for an online credit note.
